Proposals & Agreements

All projects require a signed Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement that outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. The SOW becomes binding upon signature by both parties.

Changes & Scope

Any changes to the agreed scope must be documented through a change request process. Additional work may result in adjusted timelines and costs.

Acceptance & Delivery

Deliverables are subject to an acceptance period. Feedback and requested revisions must be provided within the agreed timeframe.

Upon full payment, you will own the custom deliverables created specifically for your project, subject to any third-party licenses or pre-existing materials as specified in the agreement.

🔧 Our Materials

We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, methodologies, frameworks, and any pre-existing code or materials. We grant you a license to use such materials as part of the deliverables.

Mutual Protection

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of software

We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services or integrations

Our website and informational content are provided "as is" without warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from our services shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
